Munira is a “Spreader of Qi-Joy”. She lives with her family in beautiful Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Munira experienced a profound transformation from chronic pain, fatigue, and other health challenges when she was introduced to Spring Forest Qigong 20 years ago. Munira loves to empower individuals with the self-healing practice of Qigong so that they can connect to calm and live a live with more vitality and joy. She is a sought-after speaker and presenter at Wellness Retreats, Conferences and teaches private and group Qigong classes in-person and online.
