Inner & Outer Clutter Clearing Program?

Do you know who you are and why you are here? Do you wish for better emotional, mental, and/or physical health? Do you hope to have a deeper spiritual connection? Are you stuck at home and feel you could use some daily inspiration, guidance and connection? Do you feel there are blockages, limitations, or fears that are stopping you from achieving your desires? Have you been waiting/wishing for abundance or for that wonderful new relationship, career or home, etc. but feel there are barriers blocking you from achieving them?

The 28-Day Soul Coaching® Program is a powerful program that anyone can do. It is a process that takes you to your spiritual source and helps you find meaning and sacredness in your everyday life. It allows you to take an honest look at yourself and your life, face fear, release old negative patterns, get motivated, and step boldly and joyfully into your future! The 28-Day program is a spiritual journey that was created by Denise Linn, internationally renowned author and healer. The program is divided into four one-week periods. Each week is dedicated to one of the four elements and the four corresponding aspects of our selves: Air (mental clutter), Water (emotional clutter), Fire (spiritual clutter), and Earth (physical clutter). As you clear clutter through the daily exercises you are given, you will move towards attracting and creating the life that you deserve and desire! Our memories, beliefs, and emotions are tied in some mysterious and natural way to the elements of nature. By connecting with and activating these elements, you will progressively undergo a detoxification of the soul, cleansing you mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically - leaving you more open to hear the messages from within.

How does this program work and how can I fit it into my schedule?

No matter how busy you are, you can do this program. It is designed so that anyone can do it. There are assignments each day, which are divided into three levels and each day you choose the level at which to participate based on how much time you have that day.  
 
Level 1: Doing the level 1 exercises usually takes 15-30 minutes each day
Level 2: Doing the level 2 exercises usually takes 30-60 minutes each day (includes doing both Level 1 and Level 2 Exercises)
Level 3: Doing level 3 takes as long as it takes (includes doing Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Exercises)  

There are some days when you may just participate at Level 1 or Level 2 and other days where you participate at Level 3! There's no right or wrong - simply whatever is best for you.

You will also receive 28 short audio files - one for each day of the program for you to listen to.  

Zoom Gatherings
We will gather together via Zoom. The support of others can be extremely helpful and motivating when you have a group of others sharing the experience with you and as your Soul Coach we will help you get the absolute most out of this program. The 5 face-to-face sessions will be 1 hour in length. They are live and online via Zoom so you can join from your computer at home regardless of where you live. Others who have also signed up for this program at this time will be in these online meetings with you.

 

Upcoming Soul Coaching® 28-Day Program

INCLUDES:

5 live online group meetings via Zoom (1 hour each) with Alishia & Gillian and the others who have also signed up for this program at this time.  Please see below for the meeting dates.  

The official Soul Coaching® package, which includes:  
- 3 levels of Soul Coaching assignments for each of the 28 days (completed on your own at home) - you can download/print to use like a workbook to support you as you work through the daily assignments 28 daily affirmations sent along with the daily assignments  
- 28 Audio files (one per day that goes with the assignment for that day)  

Five Group Meetings:  We will connect face-to-face online via Zoom - 7pm MST (6pm Pacific, 8pm Central, 9pm Eastern). If you are not able to join us live, we will record the meetings and they will be available to you for 6 weeks after our program.  

Meeting 1: Wed.,  May 1, 2024 - (air week/mental clutter)
Meeting 2: Wed.,  May 8, 2024 - (water/emotional clutter)
Meeting 3: Wed., May 15, 2024 - (fire/spiritual clutter)
Meeting 4: Wed., May 22, 2024 - (earth/physical clutter)
Meeting 5: Wed.,  May 29, 2024 - (Vision Quest)
